Pen was squashed flat at one end as only sent in an envelope, contacted seller and promptly issued refund after I sent pictures.

I rarely use that size, so I declined & asked for full refund. Seller told me to post it back - at MY EXPENSE. I re-used the packaging it came in, and sent it via same method seller had used (regular post). Almost 30 days later, still no refund. I put in a complaint with eBay. I recommend to AVOID this seller.
